(د)يجوز للموظف المعين تعيينا محدد المدة أو المعين تعيينا مستمرا أن يجمع ويرحل ما لا يزيد عن 60 يوم عمل من الإجازة السنوية حتى 1 نيسان/أبريل من أي عام أو حتى أي تاريخ آخر قد يحدده الأمين العام لمركز عمل ما.
