(ج) يعطى الموظف الذي يتقرر إنهاء تعيينه المؤقت إشعارا كتابيا بذلك قبل إنهاء خدمته بخمسة عشر يوما تقويميا على الأقل أو بأية مدة أخرى يكون منصوصا عليها في كتاب تعيينه.
