٢ - تطلب إلى الهيئات ذات الصلة في اﻷمم المتحدة والدول اﻷعضاء والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية الاضطلاع بأنشطة وأعمال والترويج لها واﻹعلان عنها، في إطار سنة الاحتفال هذه لتعزيز أثرها ولضمان نجاحها، ولا سيما نتائج المؤتمر العالمي لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية اﻷجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب؛

(c) Implementation of the outcome of the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance and of the resolutions of the General Assembly, the Economic and Social Council and the Commission on Human Rights dealing with the protection and promotion of human rights, in particular the right to development.
