3. Decides to convene, at its twenty-fourth session, a panel discussion on the human rights of children of parents sentenced to the death penalty or executed, with a particular focus on the ways and means to ensure the full enjoyment of their rights;

In its resolution 22/11, the Council decided to convene, at its twenty-fourth session, a panel discussion on the human rights of children of parents sentenced to the death penalty or executed, and requested the OHCHR to prepare a report on the outcome of the panel discussion in the form of a summary, and to present it to the Council at its twenty-fifth session.
34- وقرر المجلس، في قراره 22/11، عقد حلقة نقاش في دورته الرابعة والعشرين بشأن حقوق الإنسان لأطفال المحكوم عليهم بالإعدام أو المنفَّذ فيهم حكم الإعدام، وطلب إلى المفوضية أن تُعدّ تقريراً عن نتائج حلقة النقاش في شكل موجز، وأن تقدمه إلى المجلس في دورته الخامسة والعشرين.

1. Pursuant to resolution 22/11, the Human Rights Council held a panel discussion, on 11 September 2013, at its twenty-fourth session, on the human rights of children of parents sentenced to the death penalty or executed, with a particular focus on the ways and means to ensure the full enjoyment of their rights.
1- عملاً بالقرار 22/11، عقد مجلس حقوق الإنسان في 11 أيلول/سبتمبر 2013 في إطار دورته الرابعة والعشرين حلقة نقاش بشأن حقوق الإنسان لأطفال المحكوم عليهم بالإعدام أو المنفَّذ فيهم حكم الإعدام، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بضمان تمتع هؤلاء الأطفال بكامل حقوقهم.

(a) Decided to convene, at its twenty-fourth session, a panel discussion on the human rights of children of parents sentenced to the death penalty or executed, with a particular focus on the ways and means to ensure the full enjoyment of their rights;

In accordance with its resolution 22/11, the Human Rights Council will hold a panel discussion on the human rights of children of parents sentenced to the death penalty or executed, with a particular focus on the ways and means to ensure the full enjoyment of their rights (see also paragraphs 15 and 16 above, and annex).
50- وسيعقد المجلس، وفقاً لقراره 22/11، حلقة نقاش بشأن حقوق الإنسان لأطفال المحكوم عليهم بالإعدام أو المنفَّذ فيهم حكم الإعدام، مع التركيز بوجه خاص على السبُل والوسائل التي تكفل تمتعهم الكامل بحقوقهم (انظر أيضاً الفقرتين 15 و16 أعلاه والمرفق).

70. Reference is also made to the report of OHCHR on access to justice for children (A/HRC/25/35) and to the summary of the panel discussion on the human rights of children of parents sentenced to the death penalty or executed (A/HRC/25/33) (see paragraphs 33 and 34 above).
