Further to decision OEWG-V/6 adopted by the Open-ended Working Group of the Basel Convention at its fifth session and decision SC-2/15 adopted by the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention at its second meeting, the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention has before it the following documents:
