1. The Committee or the Working Group established under rule 87 may request, through the SecretaryGeneral, the State party concerned or the author of the communication to submit additional written information or clarifications relevant to the question of admissibility of the communication.
1- يجوز للجنة أن تطلب، أو يجوز للفريق العامل المنشأ بموجب المادة 87، أن يطلب عن طريق الأمين العام، إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية أو إلى كاتب الرسالة تقديم معلومات أو إيضاحات إضافية مكتوبة تتصل بمسألة مقبوليـة الرسـالة.

6. If the deadline is not kept by the State party concerned or the author of a communication, the Committee or the Working Group may decide to consider the admissibility of the communication in the light of available information.
6- إذا لم يتم التقيد بهذا الموعد النهائي من قبل الدولة الطرف المعنية أو من قبل كاتب الرسالة، يجوز للجنة أو للفريق العامل اتخاذ قرار بدراسة مسألة مقبولية الرسالة في ضوء المعلومات المتاحة.

1. The Committee or the working group established under rule 106 or a special rapporteur designated under rule 106, paragraph 3, may request, through the Secretary-General, the State party concerned or the author of the communication to submit additional written information, clarifications of observations relevant to the question of admissibility of the communication.
المادة ١٠٨ ١ - يجوز ﻷي من اللجنة أو الفريق العامل المنشأ بموجب المادة ١٠٦ أو المقرر الخاص، بموجب الفقرة ٣ من المادة ١٠٦، أن يطلب، من خلال اﻷمين العام، من الدولة الطرف أو من مقدم البلاغ تقديم معلومات وايضاحات كتابية عن أي ملاحظات تتصل بمسألة مقبولية البلاغ.

(c) If he/she is a national of the State party concerned or is employed by that country.
(ج) إذا كان من مواطني الدولة الطرف المعنية أو موظفاً لدى ذلك البلد.

7. If the time limit provided is not respected by the State party concerned or the complainant, the Committee or the Working Group may decide to consider the admissibility and/or merits of the complaint in the light of available information.
7- إذا لم تتقيد الدولة الطرف المعنية أو مقدم الشكوى بالموعد النهائي، يجوز للجنة أو الفريق العامل اتخاذ قرار بالنظر في مقبولية الشكوى و/أو أسسها الموضوعية على ضوء المعلومات المتاحة.
