وفي حال عدم توفر أي تفسير من الدولة الطرف في ذلك الصدد أو حتى في حال احتمال دحض أدلة لا جدال فيها على احتجاز الضحية دحضاً شديداً، يجب إيلاء الاهتمام الواجب لادعاءات صاحبي البلاغ شريطة أن تسند تلك الادعاءات بالأدلة الكافية.

٦٣٢- وتسترعي اللجنة أيضا الانتباه إلى دواعي القلق المختلفة التي أعربت عنها للدولة الطرف منذ دورتها الخامسة في عام ٠٩٩١ فيما يتعلق باستمرار انتهاك الحق في السكن الملائم، وتأسف ﻷنها تلقت ردا غير مرض وغير ملائم على اﻹطلاق من الدولة الطرف في هذا الصدد.
