IV. Measures to clarify the identity and fate of persons reported missing during armed conflicts

Member States, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations should exert all efforts at the national, regional and international levels to address the problem of persons reported missing.
وعلى الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية بذل كافة الجهود على الأصعدة الوطني والإقليمي والدولي لمعالجة مشكلة الأشخاص المعتبرين في عداد المفقودين.

Finally, the sixth scenario concerns persons reported missing who were in fact living in Algeria or abroad under false identities created via a vast network of document forgers.
