4- تدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ إلى أن تتبادل، باستخدام القنوات الثنائية والمتعدِّدة الأطراف حسب الاقتضاء، المعلومات وأفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بسُبُل منع محاولات تمويه وإخفاء قش خشخاش الأفيون وسائر المواد المخدِّرة وإخفائها داخل شحنات مواد أخرى لاستخدامها في أغراض غير مشروعة، وإلى أن تواصل تحليل المخاطر والاتِّجاهات الناشئة فيما يتعلَّق بالأنشطة الإجرامية ذات الصلة؛
