The United Kingdom welcomed the adoption of the Supplement to the UNCITRAL Legislative Guide on Secured Transactions dealing with intellectual property and was pleased that its own proposal for future work on the responsibility and liability of directors and officers of an enterprise in insolvency and pre-insolvency cases had been accepted by the Commission.
