Article 4 (Panels), paragraph 2, of the rules of procedure of the United Nations Appeals Tribunal, as approved by the General Assembly, reads as follows: " When the President or any two judges sitting on a particular case consider that the case so warrants, the case shall be heard by the whole Appeals Tribunal. "
1 - يرد فيما يلي نص الفقرة 2 من المادة 4 (أفرقة القضاة) من لائحة محكمة الأمم المتحدة للاستئناف بصيغتها المعتمدة من قبل الجمعية العامة: " تنظر محكمة الاستئناف بكامل هيئتها في قضية معينة حينما يرى الرئيس أو أي قاضيين ينظران فيها أن هناك ما يبرر ذلك في القضية " .

4. Article 9 (Answers), paragraph 4, of the rules of procedure of the United Nations Appeals Tribunal, as approved by the General Assembly, reads as follows: " Within 15 days of notice of the appeal, a party answering the appeal may serve a notice of cross-appeal with the Appeals Tribunal stating the relief sought and the grounds of the cross-appeal.
4 - يرد فيما يلي نص الفقرة 4 من المادة 9 (الردود) من لائحة محكمة الأمم المتحدة للاستئناف بصيغتها المعتمدة من قبل الجمعية العامة: " في غضون 15 يوما من الإخطار بالاستئناف، يجوز للطرف الذي يرد على الاستئناف أن يقدم إشعارا بالاستئناف المضاد لدى محكمة الاستئناف يبين وسيلة الانتصاف المطلوبة وأسس تقديم الاستئناف المضاد.
