9. Purposes not prohibited under the Convention:

We have taken steps to ensure that toxic chemicals and their precursors are developed, produced, acquired, stored, transferred and used solely for purposes that are not prohibited under the Convention.
وقد اتخذنا من التدابير ما يكفل قصر استحداث وانتاج وحيازة وتخزين ونقل واستعمال المواد الكيميائية السمية وخاماتها على اﻷغراض التي لا تحظرها الاتفاقية.

The penalties provided for in this System shall apply to anyone who in any way aids or abets anyone in carrying out activities prohibited under the Convention.
