12. Requests States to report to the committee established by paragraph 9 above within 30 days of adoption of this resolution on the steps they have taken to give effect to the prohibitions imposed by this resolution;
١٢ - يطلب إلى الدول أن تقدم تقارير إلى اللجنة المنشأة بموجب الفقرة ٩ أعلاه في غضون ٣٠ يوما من اعتماد هذا القرار بشأن الخطوات التي اتخذتها لتنفيذ أشكال الحظر المفروضة بموجب هذا القرار؛

(d) To promulgate such guidelines as may be necessary to facilitate the implementation of the prohibitions imposed by this resolution;

15. Also requests that the Secretary-General, in consultation with appropriate regional organizations, include in his first report recommendations for the establishment of a comprehensive regime to monitor the implementation of the prohibitions imposed by this resolution, and calls upon all States, in particular neighbouring States, to extend full cooperation in this regard;
١٥ - يطلب أيضا أن يدرج اﻷمين العام، بالتشاور مع المنظمات اﻹقليمية الملائمة، في أول تقرير له توصيات بشأن إنشاء نظام شامــل لرصد تنفيذ أشكال الحظر المفروضة بموجب هذا القرار، ويطلب إلى جميع الدول، وعلى وجه الخصوص الدول المجاورة، أن تمد يد العون الكامل في هذا الخصوص؛

5. In paragraph 15 of the resolution, the Security Council requested that, in consultation with appropriate regional organizations, I include in my first report recommendations for the establishment of a comprehensive regime to monitor the implementation of the prohibitions imposed by the resolution.
٥ - وفي الفقرة ١٥ طلب مجلس اﻷمن كذلك أن يدرج اﻷمين العام، بالتشاور مع المنظمات اﻹقليمية الملائمة، في أول تقرير له توصيات بشأن إنشاء نظام شامل لرصد تنفيذ أشكال الحظر المفروضة بموجب القرار.

15. Decides that the prohibitions imposed by paragraph 8 of resolution 1160 (1998) shall not apply to relevant equipment for the sole use of the Verification Missions in accordance with the agreements referred to in paragraph 1 above;
٥١ - يقرر ألا تسري أشكال الحظر المفروضة بموجب الفقرة ٨ من القرار ١١٦٠ )١٩٩٨( على المعـدات ذات الصلـة التي تستخـدم فقـط من قِبل بعثتي التحقـق طبقـا للاتفاقيـن المشـار إليهمـا في الفقرة ١ أعلاه؛
