1. Each State Party, in order to provide mutual legal assistance pursuant to article 55 of this Convention with respect to property acquired through or involved in the commission of an offence established in accordance with this Convention, shall, in accordance with its domestic law:

(a) Take such measures as may be necessary to permit another State Party to initiate civil action in its courts to establish title to or ownership of property acquired through the commission of an offence established in accordance with this Convention;
(أ) أن تتخذ ما قد يلزم من تدابير للسماح لدولة طرف أخرى برفع دعوى مدنية أمام محاكمها لتثبيت حق في ممتلكات اكتسبت بارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية أو لتثبيت ملكية تلك الممتلكات؛

Egypt and Sierra Leone assessed their legislation as non-compliant with the non-mandatory provision of subparagraph 1 (c), on measures to allow the confiscation of property acquired through corruption without a criminal conviction.
واعتبرت مصر وسيراليون أن تشريعاتها غير ممتثلة للحكم غير الإلزامي الوارد في الفقرة الفرعية 1 (ج)، بشأن اتخاذ تدابير للسماح بمصادرة الممتلكات المكتسبة عن طريق الفساد دون إدانة جنائية.

3. We stress the need for all States to adopt within their national legal systems effective measures for the identification, freezing or seizure and confiscation of proceeds of crime or property acquired through, or involved in, the commission of a crime and the profits therefrom.

Ecuador assessed its legislation as non-compliant with the article under review, except with regard to paragraph 1 (c), on the confiscation of property acquired through corruption without a criminal conviction, which Ecuador reported to have fully implemented.

No assistance was requested by Turkey to adopt measures to permit its domestic courts to recognize another State party's claim as the legitimate owner of property acquired through the commission of an offence of corruption (art. 53, subpara. (c)).
73- لم تطلب تركيا أية مساعدة لاعتماد تدابير تأذن لمحاكمها الداخلية بأن تعترف بمطالبة دولة طرف أخرى بممتلكات اكتسبت بارتكاب جرم فساد باعتبارها مالكة شرعية لها (المادة 53, الفقرة الفرعية (ج)).

(c) Take such measures as may be necessary to permit its courts or competent authorities, when having to decide on confiscation, to recognize another State Party's claim as a legitimate owner of property acquired through the commission of an offence established in accordance with this Convention.

104- أبلغت أنغولا وموريتانيا عن عدم اتخاذ أي تدابير للسماح لدولة طرف أخرى برفع دعوى مدنية أمام محاكمها لتثبيت حق في ممتلكات اكتسبت بارتكاب جريمة الفساد أو لتثبيت ملكية تلك الممتلكات (الفقرة الفرعية (أ) من المادة 53)، في حين أفادت كينيا وموريشيوس وسيراليون بأنها نفذت تلك التدابير تنفيذا جزئيا.
