2. States Parties shall consider providing for the possibility, in appropriate cases, of mitigating punishment of an accused person who provides substantial cooperation in the investigation or prosecution of an offence covered by this Convention.
2- تنظر الدول الأطراف في إتاحة إمكانية اللجوء، في الحالات المناسبة، إلى تخفيف عقوبة الشخص المتهم الذي يقدم عوناً كبيراً في إجراءات التحقيق أو الملاحقة بشأن جرم مشمول بهذه الاتفاقية.

3. States Parties shall consider providing for the possibility, in accordance with fundamental principles of its domestic law, of granting immunity from prosecution to a person who provides substantial cooperation in the investigation or prosecution of an offence covered by this Convention.
3- تنظر الدول الأطراف في إمكانية منح الحصانة من الملاحقة لأي شخص يقدم عوناً كبيراً في عمليات التحقيق أو الملاحقة بشأن جرم مشمول بهذه الاتفاقية، وفقاً للمبادئ الأساسية لقوانينها الداخلية.

1- تنظر كل دولة طرف في إتاحة إمكانية اللجوء، في الحالات المناسبة، إلى تخفيف عقوبة الشخص المتهم الذي يقدم عونا كبيرا في إجراءات التحقيق أو الملاحقة بشأن جرم مشمول بهذه الاتفاقية.

(g) To provide protection for persons who have given or agreed to give information or evidence, or who participate or who have agreed to participate in an investigation or prosecution of an offence established in accordance with this Convention, and for the relatives and associates of such persons who require protection because of risks to the security of the person.
)ز( لتوفير الحماية لﻷشخاص الذين قدموا معلومات أو أدلة أو وافقوا على تقديمها، أو الذين يشاركون، أو وافقوا على المشاركة، في تحقيق أو مقاضاة قانونية تتعلق بجرم مقرر وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية، وكذلك ﻷقارب وذوي أولئك اﻷشخاص الذين يحتاجون إلى حماية بسبب وجود مخاطر تتهدد أمنهم الشخصي.

States Parties shall consider the possibility of transferring to one another proceedings for the prosecution of an offence covered by this Convention in cases where such transfer is considered to be in the interests of the proper administration of justice, in particular in cases where several jurisdictions are involved, with a view to concentrating the prosecution.
يتعين على الدول الأطراف أن تنظر في امكانية أن تنقل احداها الى الأخرى اجراءات الملاحقة المتعلقة بجرم مشمول بهذه الاتفاقية، في الحالات التي يعتبر فيها ذلك النقل في صالح التسيير السليم للعدالة، وخصوصا عندما يتعلق الأمر بعدة ولايات قضائية، وذلك بهدف تركيز الملاحقة.
