25 - ينبغي كذلك أن ينص اتفاق المقر على أن من حق القضاة والمدعي العام ونواب المدعي العام والمسجل وموظفي المحكمة دخول البلد المضيف والخروج منه والتنقل فيه دون عائق، بما في ذلك الوصول دون عائق إلى أماكن عمل المحكمة، حسب الاقتضاء وتحقيقا لمقاصد المحكمة.

25.
