وتعاقب المادة 291 من القانون الجنائي أي مشارك في تجمع أو تجمهر في مكان عام أو في مكان مفتوح للجمهور لا يمتثل لأمر مشروع تصدره السلطة بتفريق التجمع تحسباً لاضطرابات محدقة أو جرائم وشيكة تعرض الأمن والنظام العام للخطر.

Under its terms, the act of publishing or distributing writings or expressing, in any public place or during any public meeting, remarks that are threatening, injurious or insulting and that are liable to arouse hatred towards any racial group in Great Britain constitutes an offence.

98. Non-Muslims are not punished for drinking alcohol unless they do so in a public place or an establishment that is open to the public or are found to be in an evident state of inebriety in a public place or establishment, in which case they are liable to a penalty of imprisonment for a term of not less than three months and not more than one year or a fine of not less than 50 and not more than 100 dinars.
٨٩- وأما بالنسبة لغير المسلم فلا يعاقب على شرب الخمر إلا إذا شربها أو تعاطاها في محل أو مكان عام أو مفتوح للجمهور أو وجد في ذلك المحل أو المكان في حالة سكر ظاهر وتكون عقوبته الحبس التي تقل عن ٣ شهور ولا تزيد على سنة أو الغرامة التي لا تقل عن ٠٥ دينارا ولا تزيد على مائة دينار.
