وتدعو القواعد الدستورية بالتزام كافة السلطات في الدولة بأن تكفل للمرأة المساواة مع الرجل في كافة الحقوق والواجبات العامة وميادين الحياة الأخرى وذلك دون ثمة قيود وبغض النظر عن حالتها الزوجية فضلا عن كفالة الدولة للتوفيق بين واجبات المرأة الأسرية وعملها في المجتمع.

Bahrain's Constitution lays down the principle of equality among citizens, whereby there is no discrimination among citizens based on sex with respect to public rights and duties.

57. The above provides further evidence that the Kuwaiti society does not discriminate against any of its members, as all citizens are equal in public rights and duties without distinction as to gender.
57- مما تقدم يتبين أن المجتمع الكويتي لا يعرف التفرقة بين المواطنين فالكل متساوون في الحقوق والواجبات العامة لا تمييز بينهم بسبب الجنس.

32. Article 41 of the Constitution guarantees that " [a]ll citizens are equal in regard to their public rights and duties " .
