Calls upon all States in the region to deepen their cooperation with a view to putting an end to the activities of illegal armed groups, and underlines that these States must abide by their obligations under the Charter of the United Nations to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of their neighbours;

27 - يؤكد أيضا أن تحسين التعاون بين السودان وتشاد وجمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى بهدف وضع حد لأنشطة الجماعات المسلحة في المنطقة أمر بالغ الأهمية أيضا لاستعادة السلام والأمن في شرق تشاد وشمال شرق جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى؛

27. Stresses that improved cooperation between the Sudan, Chad and the Central African Republic with a view to putting an end to the activities of armed groups in the region is also critical to the restoration of peace and security in eastern Chad and the north-eastern Central African Republic;
27 - يشدد على أن تحسين التعاون بين السودان وتشاد وجمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى بغية وضع حد لأنشطة الجماعات المسلحة في المنطقة عامل حيوي أيضا لاستعادة السلام والأمن في شرق تشاد وشمال شرق جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى؛
