14. It is a requirement of the standard clauses for exploration contracts that the financial statements showing the actual and direct exploration expenditures of the contractor in carrying out the programme of activities during the accounting year must be certified by a duly qualified firm of public accountants, or, where the contractor is a State or a state enterprise, by the sponsoring State.

15. If the prospector wishes to claim expenditures for prospecting as part of the development costs incurred prior to the commencement of commercial production, the prospector shall submit an annual statement, in conformity with internationally accepted accounting principles and certified by a duly qualified firm of public accountants, of the actual and direct expenditures incurred by the prospector in carrying out prospecting.
٢ - إذا أراد المنقب المطالبة بنفقات التنقيب بوصفها جزءا من تكاليف التنمية المتكبدة قبل بدء اﻹنتاج التجاري، كان عليه أن يقدم بيانا سنويا بالنفقات الفعلية والمباشرة التي تكبدها في تنفيذ عملية التنقيب يكون ممتثلا لمبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة دوليا ومصدقا عليه من قِبل مكتب محاسبة قانونية مؤهل حسب اﻷصول.

2. If the prospector intends to claim expenditures for prospecting as part of the development costs incurred prior to the commencement of commercial production, the prospector shall submit an annual statement, in conformity with internationally accepted accounting principles and certified by a duly qualified firm of public accountants, of the actual and direct expenditures incurred by the prospector in carrying out prospecting.
2 - إذا اعتزم المنقب المطالبة بنفقات التنقيب بوصفها جزءا من تكاليف الإعــداد المتكبدة قبل بدء الإنتاج التجاري، عليه أن يقدم بيانا سنويا بالنفقات الفعلية والمباشرة التي تكبدها في تنفيذ عملية التنقيب يكون ممتثلا لمبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة دوليا ومصدقا عليه من قِبَل مكتب محاسبة قانونية مؤهل حسب الأصول.

4. An application for approval of a plan of work for exploration by an entity shall include copies of its audited financial statements, including balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements, for the most recent three years, in conformity with internationally accepted accounting principles and certified by a duly qualified firm of public accountants; and
4 - يتضمــن الطلب المقــدم من كيان، للحصول على الموافقة على خطة عمل للاستكشاف، نسخا من بياناته المالية المراجعة، بما فيها الميزانية العمومية وبيانات الأرباح والخسائر للسنوات الثلاث الأخيرة، وتكون هذه ممتثلة لمبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة دوليا ومصدقا عليها من قـِـبل مكتب محاسبة قانونية مؤهل حسب الأصول؛

(h) a statement, in conformity with internationally accepted accounting principles and certified by a duly qualified firm of public accountants, or, where the Contractor is a State or a state enterprise, by the sponsoring State, of the actual and direct exploration expenditures of the Contractor in carrying out the programme of work during the Contractor's accounting year.
