(b) Immunity from seizure of their personal baggage unless there are serious grounds for believing that the baggage contains articles the import or export of which is prohibited by law or controlled by the quarantine regulations of the State Party concerned;

(e) Exemption from inspection of personal baggage, unless there are serious grounds for believing that the baggage contains articles not for personal use or articles the import or export of which is prohibited by law or controlled by the quarantine regulations of the State Party concerned; an inspection in such a case shall be conducted in the presence of the expert concerned;
(هـ) إعفاء أمتعتهم الشخصية من التفتيش، ما لم توجد أسباب جدية للاعتقاد بأنها تحتوي على مواد ليست للاستعمال الشخصي أو مواد يحظر قانون الدولة الطرف المعنية استيرادها أو تصديرها أو تكون خاضعة لأنظمة الحجر الصحي في تلك الدولة؛ ويجرى التفتيش في هذه الحالة في حضور الخبير المعني؛

(g) The members of the inspection team shall be permitted to bring into the territory of the inspected State Party, without payment of any customs duties or related charges, articles for personal use, with the exception of articles the import or export of which is prohibited by law or controlled by quarantine regulations.

(b) Without prejudice to paragraph (d) below, immunity from seizure of their personal baggage unless there are serious grounds for believing that the baggage contains articles the import or export of which is prohibited by law or controlled by the quarantine regulations of the State Party concerned;
