11- تدعو آلياتها وهيئات الأمم المتحدة المنشأة بموجب صكوك دولية إلى مواصلة إيلاء اهتمام خاص لانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان الناجمة عن ازدياد العنصرية وكره الأجانب في الأوساط السياسية وفي المجتمع عامة، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بتعارضها مع الديمقراطية؛

(g) Resolution 2003/41 on the incompatibility between democracy and racism invites treaty bodies, inter alia, to continue to pay particular attention to violations of human rights stemming from the rise of racism and xenophobia in political circles and society at large, especially as regards their incompatibility with democracy;

(b) Resolution 2002/39 on the incompatibility between democracy and racism, in which the Commission invited the mechanisms of the Commission and the treaty bodies to continue to pay particular attention to violations of human rights stemming from the rise of racism and xenophobia in political circles and society at large, especially as regards their incompatibility with democracy;

32. In its resolution 18/15, the Council invited, inter alia, the relevant mechanisms of the Council and United Nations treaty bodies to continue to pay particular attention to violations of human rights stemming from the rise of racism and xenophobia in political circles and society at large, and invited the High Commissioner to report to the Council at its twenty-first session on the implementation of that resolution.
32- دعا المجلس، في قراره 18/15، آليات المجلس وهيئات معاهدات الأمم المتحدة المعنية، من بين جهات أخرى، إلى مواصلة إيلاء اهتمام خاص لانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان الناجمة عن تصاعد العنصرية وكره الأجانب في الأوساط السياسية وفي المجتمع بصورة عامة، ودعا المفوضة السامية إلى أن تقدم إلى المجلس في دورته الحادية والعشرين تقريراً بشأن تنفيذ ذلك القرار.

The present report, submitted pursuant to the Human Rights Council resolution 18/15 provides information on constitutional and legal measures to prevent racism, racial discrimination, and xenophobia, and on actions and procedures to address violations of human rights stemming from the rise of racism and xenophobia in political circles and society at large, especially with regard to their incompatibility with democracy.
