The Council, by resolution 1960 (2010), which was adopted by the Council and sponsored by 67 countries, called on the Secretary-General to create monitoring, analysis and reporting arrangements for sexual violence and to list in his annual report the names of parties to armed conflict responsible for rape or other forms of sexual violence.
