30. Calls upon all Governments to give serious consideration to the Special Rapporteur's requests to visit their countries and urges them to enter into a constructive dialogue with the Special Rapporteur with respect to the follow-up to his recommendations, so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate even more effectively;
30- تدعو جميع الحكومات على أن تنظر بجدية في طلب المقرر الخاص زيارة بلدانها، وتحثها على الدخول في حوار بناء مع المقرر الخاص بشأن متابعة تنفيذ توصياته، بغية تمكينه من أداء ولايته بمزيد من الفعالية؛

The final text had, however, incorporated several suggestions, for example the paragraph welcoming the favourable response to the Special Rapporteur's requests to visit the country. Another was the paragraph noting with appreciation recent contact between the Government of Myanmar and Daw Aung Sang Suu Kyi.

Regrettably, by refusing permission to establish a field office in Belgrade and by rejecting the Special Rapporteur's requests to send missions on an ad hoc basis to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, the Government has blocked the Special Rapporteur's attempts to gather firsthand information concerning the situation of human rights in that country.

15. Mr. Casal (Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela) said that the Special Rapporteur's requests for an invitation to visit his country were taken very seriously, and that his Government hoped to be able to respond positively to them as soon as possible.

The way in which the sources of allegations respond to the Special Rapporteur's requests for comments on the contents of government replies and/or for additional details to clarify the cases they submitted will provide the Special Rapporteur with a basis for assessing the reliability of the sources.
والطريقة التي تستجيب بها مصادر الادعاءات لطلبات المقرر الخاص بشأن تقديم تعليقات على محتويات ردود حكومة و/أو تفاصيل إضافية توضح الحالات التي قدمتها، توفر للمقرر الخاص أساسا لتقييم مدى التعويل على هذه المصادر.

Calls upon all Governments to cooperate with and assist the Special Rapporteur in the performance of the tasks and duties mandated, to supply all necessary information requested by him/her and to give serious consideration to responding favourably to the Special Rapporteur's requests to visit their countries, so as to enable him/her to fulfil his/her mandate effectively;
