On 22 March 2012, the Human Rights Council adopted resolution 19/2, on " Promoting reconciliation and accountability in Sri Lanka " , by a recorded vote.

16. In its resolution 25/1 on promoting reconciliation and accountability in Sri Lanka, the Human Rights Council requested OHCHR to present an oral update to the Council on the implementation of that resolution.

14. In its resolution 22/1 on promoting reconciliation and accountability in Sri Lanka, the Human Rights Council requested OHCHR, with input from relevant special procedures mandate holders, as appropriate, to present an oral update to the Council on the implementation of that resolution.
