As seen in the present report and as reported earlier, the task of reforming the Field Service category is connected to all the other activities of the Service, such as developing mission modules and templates, creating generic job profiles, conducting a skills inventory and assessing training needs, developing and implementing training programmes and revising the conditions of service of field staff.
