Section 9 provides for the registration of members of an NGO.
وتنص المادة 9 من القانون على تسجيل أعضاء أية منظمة غير حكومية(34).

Missions are kindly requested to communicate the names, functional titles and affiliations of all the members of the respective delegations, together with the SG.6 form " registration of members of Delegations to Temporary Meetings " duly filled out, to the Chief of Protocol, Room S-201, fax: 212-963-1921 (Attention: Protocol Accreditation Unit) until 14 August 2005.
ويرجى من البعثات أن تقدم أسماء جميع أعضاء وفودها وألقابهم الوظيفية والجهات التي يعملون فيها، مع استمارة SG.6() " تسجيل أعضاء الوفود المنتدبين لحضور اجتماعات مؤقتة " تملأ أصولاً وترسل إلى رئيس المراسم، الغرفة S-201، فاكس:212-963-1921 (Attention: Protocol Accreditation Unit) حتى 14 آب/ أغسطس 2005.

All written requests for passes submitted by 20 December 2004 in New York, together with two passport-size colour photographs attached and the completed accreditation form SG.6 (registration of members of Delegations), will be processed and be ready for issuance by 4 January 2005 at the Protocol Accreditation Unit in Port Louis.
وستجهز وتعد للإصدار بحلول 4 كانون الثاني/يناير 2005 في وحدة الاعتماد التابعة للمراسم في بورت لويس جميع الطلبات الخطية للحصول على تصاريح المرور المقدمة إلى غاية 20 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004 في نيويورك، مشفوعة بصورتين من حجم صور جواز السفر وبطلب اعتماد معبأ من صنف SG.6 (تسجيل أعضاء الوفود).

A covering letter should be addressed to the Chief of Protocol, Ms. Nadia Younes, along with a copy of a comprehensive delegation list and individual accreditation forms for the issuance of passes (SG.6 form, registration of members of delegations to temporary meetings -- see annex II).
ويجب توجيه رسالة بذلك إلى السيدة نادية يونس، رئيسة دائرة المراسم، مرفقا بها نسخة من القائمة الشاملة بأسماء أعضاء الوفد ونماذج الاعتماد لإصدار تصاريح الدخول (النموذج SG.6، تسجيل أعضاء الوفود لدى الاجتماعات المؤقتة – انظر المرفق الثاني).

It should now establish appropriate eligibility criteria for entry into the programme and oversee the ongoing registration of members of SAF and SPLA.
