(b) For the carrier to comply with law, regulations or other requirements of public authorities in connection with the intended carriage, provided that the carrier notifies the shipper in a timely manner of the information, instructions and documents it requires.
(ب) ولامتثال الناقل لما تقرّره السلطات العمومية من قوانين أو لوائح أو اشتراطات أخرى تتعلق بالنقل المعتزم، شريطة أن يبلغ الناقل الشاحن في الوقت المناسب بما يلزمه من معلومات وتعليمات ومستندات.

(b) The shipper shall mark or label dangerous goods in accordance with any law, regulations or other requirements of public authorities that apply during any stage of the intended carriage of the goods.
(ب) ويضع الشاحنُ على البضاعة الخطرة علامة أو وسما يتوافق مع أي قانون أو لوائح أو اشتراطات أخرى من جانب السلطات العمومية تكون سارية أثناء أي مرحلة من النقل المعتزم لتلك البضاعة.

(b) For the carrier to comply with law, regulations or other requirements of public authorities in connection with the intended carriage, provided that the carrier notifies the shipper in a timely manner of the information, instructions and documents it requires.
(ب) ولامتثال الناقل لما تقرره السلطات العمومية من قوانين أو لوائح أو اشتراطات أخرى تتعلق بالنقل المعتزم، شريطة أن يبلغ الناقل الشاحن في الوقت المناسب بما يلزمه من معلومات وتعليمات ومستندات.
