Having succeeded in enacting a set of completely new laws relating to family law, covering, inter alia, Family Courts, Parent and Children Relations, Property Rights between Spouses, Civil Marriage, Legal Status of Children born out of Wedlock, that were analysed in the Previous Report, the emphasis during the period under review was placed on improving those laws and on implementation.
