٥ - تكرر تأكيد طلبها من الرؤساء التنفيذيين لمنظمات اﻷمم المتحدة وبرامجها تقديم تقارير عن التدابير المتخذة أو التي ستتخذ استجابة لتوصيات مجلس مراجعي الحسابات، بما في ذلك جداول زمنية لتنفيذها، الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة، من خلال اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الادارة والميزانية؛

1. As part of the commitments entered into under the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (CCD), the country Parties must forward to the Conference of the Parties (COP), through its permanent secretariat, reports on measures adopted to implement the Convention (art. 26).

11. In the absence of reports on measures adopted at the national level to address the conservation and management of vulnerable marine ecosystems and biodiversity beyond national jurisdiction (except measures relating to fishing activities, referred to in chap. V below), it is not possible at this time to present any substantial body of information in that regard.
