٩ - تدعـو لجنــة حقــوق الانسان إلــى أن تطلب إلى المقرر الخاص أن يواصــل تحقيقــه في اغتصاب النساء واﻷطفال وامتهانهم في مناطق النزاع المسلح في يوغوسلافيا السابقة ولا سيما في البوسنة والهرسك؛

To request the Special Rapporteur, in the fulfilment of her/his mandate:
(د) أن تطلب إلى المقرر الخاص القيام، في إطار تنفيذه مهام ولايته، بما يلي:

(i) To request the Special Rapporteur to report to the Commission, at its fifty-fifth session, on the work carried out in fulfilment of his mandate, and to present interim reports to the General Assembly at its fifty-third session;
