By operative paragraph 3 of draft resolution E/CN.7/2010/L.22, the Commission on Narcotic Drugs would Request the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to assist, upon request, Member States in developing their data-collection and reporting capacities.

(a) Request the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to circulate the Standards of Professional Responsibility and Statement of the Essential Duties and Rights of Prosecutors, annexed to the resolution, to Member States for their consideration and comments;

(a) Request the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to continue its efforts to carry out all its mandates under the international drug control conventions, as well as other relevant international instruments, and to continue to cooperate with relevant regional and international institutions and Governments by providing, inter alia, technical assistance to Member States that request it;

(a) Request the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, in consultation with Member States and taking into account relevant intergovernmental organizations and, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Economic and Social Council, experts from academic institutions, relevant non-governmental organizations and the private sector, to collect, develop and disseminate:

(b) Request the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to support the integration of laboratories and scientific support into drug control frameworks and the use of analytical data as a primary source of information worldwide, for example, for systems giving early warning on new drug trends;
(ب) تطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يدعم إدماج المختبرات وخدمات الدعم العلمي في أُطر مراقبة العقاقير، واستخدام البيانات التحليلية كمصدر أساسي للمعلومات على الصعيد العالمي، وذلك فيما يخص، على سبيل المثال، النظم التي توفّر إنذاراً مبكّراً بشأن الاتجاهات الجديدة في مجال المخدرات؛

(c) Request the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to continue to provide, upon request by Member States, technical assistance, including, as appropriate, material and tools, such as the Standards of Professional Responsibility and Statement of the Essential Duties and Rights of Prosecutors and the above mentioned addendum, to allow such Member States to strengthen the integrity and capacity of their prosecution services.
(ج) تطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يواصل تزويد الدول الأعضاء، بناء على طلبها، بمساعدة تقنية تشمل، حسب الاقتضاء، مواد وأدوات مثل معايير المسؤولية المهنية لأعضاء النيابة العامة وبيان واجباتهم وحقوقهم الأساسية، والإضافة المذكورة أعلاه، لتمكين هذه الدول الأعضاء من تعزيز نـزاهة وقدرة أجهزة النيابة العامة التابعة لها.

(m) Assist States affected by illicit drug crop cultivation to strengthen cross border, subregional and regional technical assistance and cooperation, including South-South cooperation; and Request the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, the international development community and other key stakeholders to promote and support relevant cooperation in this regard;
(م) أن تقدّم المساعدة إلى الدول المتأثرة بزراعة محاصيل المخدرات غير المشروعة، تعزيزاً للمساعدة التقنية والتعاون التقني عبر الحدود وعلى الصعيدين دون الإقليمي والإقليمي، بما في ذلك التعاون بين بلدان الجنوب؛ وأن تطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة والأوساط الإنمائية الدولية وسائر الجهات المعنية الرئيسية أن تُعنى بتعزيز التعاون في هذا الصدد ودعمه؛

(e) Request the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, in cooperation with Member States, to consider the advisability and feasibility of establishing a virtual network of central authorities for mutual legal assistance and competent authorities for extradition requests, pursuant to the 1988 Convention and the Organized Crime Convention, in order to facilitate communication and problem solving among such authorities.
(ﻫ) أن تطلب إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة أن يعمل بالتعاون مع الدول الأعضاء على النظر في مدى استحسان وجدوى إنشاء شبكة افتراضية من السلطات المركزية المسؤولة عن تبادل المساعدة القانونية والسلطات المختصّة المسؤولة عن طلبات تسليم المطلوبين، بمقتضى اتفاقية عام 1988 واتفاقية الجريمة المنظّمة، بغية تسهيل الاتصالات وحل المشاكل فيما بين تلك السلطات.
