Affirms that all States should promote the establishment, maintenance and strengthening of international peace and security and an international system based on respect of the Principles enshrined in the Charter and the promotion of all human rights and fundamental freedoms, including the right to development and the right of peoples to selfdetermination;
5- تشدد على أنه ينبغي لجميع الدول أن تشجع إحلال السلم والأمن الدوليين وصيانتهما وتعزيزهما، وإقامة نظام دولي يستند إلى احترام المبادئ الواردة في الميثاق وتعزيز جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية، بما في ذلك الحق في التنمية وحق الشعوب في تقرير المصير؛

24. The challenges posed by ethics of robotics were underlined, particularly concerning the capacity of LAWS to match human judgment, which is the basis for the respect of the Principles of international humanitarian law.

The Kingdom of Morocco, which has always worked for the respect of the Principles of international law in the area of disarmament, believes that the universal ideal of disarmament will be attained through the strengthening of United Nations legal instruments in this area.

وما انفك المغرب يعمل على احترام مبادئ القانون الدولي في مجال نزع السلاح ويرى أنه، بينما يتطلب تحقيق المثل العالمية لنزع السلاح تعزيز الصكوك القانونية للأمم المتحدة في ذلك المجال، من الصحيح أيضا أن تنفيذه بصورة ملموسة يتحقق، في المقام الأول والأخير، على المستويين الإقليمي ودون الإقليمي.

Recalling the recent statement made by the President of the Council on the protection of civilians in armed conflict, Council members urged all the parties to guarantee the safety of civilians, and call for the respect of the Principles of humanitarian assistance, including unhindered access to displaced persons and refugees, and respect for the neutrality of those delivering such assistance.
وإن أعضاء المجلس، إذ يشيرون إلى البيان اﻷخير الذي أصدره رئيس المجلس بشأن حماية المدنيين في حالات الصراع المسلح، يحثون جميع اﻷطراف على أن يضمنوا سلامة المدنيين، وأن يحترموا مبادئ المساعدة اﻹنسانية، بما فيها الوصول بلا عائق إلى اﻷشخاص المشردين داخليا واللاجئين، واحترام حيدة الذين يقدمون هذه المساعدة.
