16 - الرئيس: قال إنه لا يزال هناك شاغر واحد يتعين ملؤه، ولذلك سيتم إجراء جولة تصويت رابعة مقصورة على المرشحين اللذين حصلا على أعلى عدد من الأصوات وإن لم يحصلا على الأغلبية المطلوبة.

Since no candidate has obtained the required majority, the Assembly will proceed to a second round of balloting restricted to the two candidates who were not elected but obtained the largest number of votes in the ballot.
