C. IDENTIFICATION OF THE NEEDS FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMITTEE TO review the implementation of the Convention

1. By its decision 6/COP.3, the Conference of the Parties invited the Parties and other interested institutions and organizations, including nongovernmental organizations, to submit written proposals, no later than 30 April 2000, on the need for the establishment of a committee to review the implementation of the Convention.
1- دعا مؤتمر الأطراف، بمقرره 6/م أ-3، الأطراف وغيرها من المؤسسات والمنظمات المهتمة بالأمر، بما فيها المنظمات غير الحكومية، إلى أن تقدم، في موعد لا يتجاوز 30 نيسان/أبريل 2002، مقترحات مكتوبة بشأن ضرورة إنشاء لجنة تتولى استعراض وضع أحكام الاتفاقية موضع التنفيذ.
