The Working Group had before it the following documents: provisional agenda (A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.95) and a note by the Secretariat entitled " revised articles of draft Convention on Assignment in Receivables Financing " (A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.96).
٣١ - وعُرضت على الفريق العامل الوثائق التالية : جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت (A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.95) ومذكرة من اعداد اﻷمانة العامة بعنوان " المواد المنقحة من مشروع اتفاقية اﻹحالة في التمويل بالمستحقات " (A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.96) .

" 2. Recommends that all States give favourable consideration to the enactment of the revised articles of the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, or the revised UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, when they enact or revise their laws, in view of the desirability of uniformity of the law of dispute settlement procedures and the specific needs of international commercial arbitration practice;
" 2- توصي جميع الدول بأن تنظر بعين الإيجاب في اشتراع المواد المنقحة من قانون الأونسيترال النموذجي للتحكيم التجاري الدولي، أو قانون الأونسيترال النموذجي للتحكيم التجاري الدولي بصيغته المُنقحة، عندما تسنّ قوانينها أو تنقحها، نظرا لاستصواب توحيد قانون إجراءات تسوية النـزاعات ونظرا للاحتياجات الخاصة لممارسات التحكيم التجاري الدولي؛

The CHAIRMAN drew attention to the reports of the Working Group on International Contract Practices on the work of its twenty-seventh and twenty-eighth sessions, held in Vienna in 1997 and New York in 1998 (A/CN.9/445 and A/CN.9/447), at which the Working Group had reviewed the revised articles of a draft Convention on Assignment in Receivables Financing.

The Commission took note with appreciation of General Assembly resolutions 61/32, on the report of the Commission on the work of its thirty-ninth session, and 61/33 of 4 December 2006, on the revised articles of the Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, and of the recommendation regarding the interpretation of article II, paragraph 2, and article VII, paragraph 1, of the New York Convention.
