In this connection, the Government points out that, under article 55 of Act No. 23-98 governing the functioning of prisons, Mr. Hajib has been subjected to disciplinary sanctions (45 days in solitary confinement) for the riots and vandalism that occurred in the Salé prison on 16 and 17 May 2011.
27- وفي هذا الصدد، تذكر الحكومة بأن السيد حاجب يخضع لتدابير تأديبية (45 يوماً في الحبس الانفرادي)، بموجب المادة 55 من القانون رقم 23-98 المتعلق بتنظيم وتسيير المؤسسات السجنية، وذلك لمشاركته في أعمال الشغب التي وقعت في سجن سلا يومي 16 و17 أيار/مايو 2011.

7.3 In response to the allegations which were made by the Special Rapporteur and which were formally communicated to the authorities on 4 December 2012, members of the National Human Rights Council and three physicians went to Salé prison on 25 and 26 December 2012 to investigate the claims that the complainant had been tortured in police custody and the allegations concerning the use of ill-treatment, duress and intimidation by prison officials.
7-3 وتبعاً للادعاءات التي أثارها المقرر الخاص والتي أحيلت رسمياً إلى السلطات يوم 4 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2012، توجّه أربعة أعضاء من المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان برفقة ثلاثة أطباء إلى سجن سلا يومي 25 و26 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2012. وحرصوا على التحقق من الادعاءات بتعرض صاحب البلاغ للتعذيب أثناء الحبس الاحتياطي وكذلك من الادعاءات بممارسة سوء المعاملة وضغوط وتخويف من قِبل إدارة السجن.
