These organizations and institutions, both inside and outside the United Nations system, reiterated their awareness and concern about the question of special economic and other consequences encountered by third States as a result of the implementation of sanctions imposed under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.
وكررت هذه المنظمات والمؤسسات داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وخارجها على حد سواء، تأكيد وعيها بمسألة العواقب الاقتصادية الخاصة وغيرها من العواقب التي تواجهها الدول الثالثة نتيجة تنفيذ الجزاءات المفروضة بموجب الفصل السابع من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، وقلقها إزاء هذه المسألة.
