' ١ ' يقصد بالعمل الاضافي في المقر وقت العمل الزائد عن يوم العمل المقرر أو الزائد عن أسبوع العمل المقرر، أو وقت العمل في أيام العطل الرسمية، شريطة أن تأذن بهذا العمل السلطة المختصة؛

' ٨ ' ﻷغراض حساب التعويض عن العمل الاضافي يقرب وقت العمل الاضافي الى أقرب نصف ساعة؛ ولا ينظر الى العمل الاضافي العارض الذي يقل وقته عن نصف ساعة في أي يوم من أيام أسبوع العمل المقرر.
