The School Regulations (annexed hereto) also state that main school activities should include morning parades, school broadcasts, the production of newspapers for posting on walls, activities run by artistic, literary and scientific societies and drama activities, all of which provide children with full opportunities to express their views and develop their abilities and talents.

(b) Enhance the measures undertaken to combat all forms of bullying and harassment by improving School Regulations on misbehaving and improving the capacity of teachers, all those working at schools and students to accept diversity and improve their conflict resolution skills;
