(a) shall be deemed to be a contract entered into by her with respect to and to bind her separate property whether she is or is not in fact in possession of or is entitled to any separate property at the time when she enters into such contract;
(أ) يُعتبر عقدا أبرمته هي في ما يتعلق بممتلكاتها المستقلة ويُلزم تلك الممتلكات سواء كانت أو لم تكن في الواقع حائزة أو يحق لها أن تحوز أي ممتلكات مستقلة وقت إبرامها ذلك العقد؛

(a) shall be deemed to be a contract entered into by her with respect to and to bind her separate property whether she is or is not in fact possessed or entitled to any separate property at the time when she enters into such contract;
(أ) يعتبر عقدا تبرمه فيما يتعلق بممتلكاتها المستقلة ويُلزم تلك الممتلكات سواء كانت أو لم تكن في الواقع حائزة أو من حقها أن تحوز أي ممتلكات مستقلة وقت إبرامها ذلك العقد؛
