3. Rule 103.20, Education grant, is amended by adding to paragraph (g) a sentence excepting from the obligation to prorate the amount of the grant when a staff member who has one or more children in school dies while in service after the beginning of the school year.
3 - عدلت القاعدة 103/20، منحة التعليم بإضافة عبارة إلى الفقرة (ز) تنص على الاستثناء من شرط تحديد حصة مبلغ المنحة الذي يدفع للموظف الذي يكون له ولد أو أكثر يتلقى التعليم المدرسي، ويتوفى وهو في الخدمة بعد بدء السنة الدراسية.

9 - عُدلت القاعدة 203/8، منحة التعليم بإضافة عبارة إلى الفقرة (ز) تنص على الاستثناء من شرط تحديد حصة مبلغ المنحة الذي يدفع لموظف المشاريع الذي يكون له ولد أو أكثر في المدارس ويتوفى وهو في الخدمة بعد بدء السنة الدراسية.

(f) The amount of the grant to be paid when the project personnel's period of service or the child's school attendance does not cover the full school year shall be prorated under conditions defined by the Secretary-General. No prorating shall be required when project personnel die while in service after the beginning of the school year.
(و) تُحــدد، وفقا لشروط يقررها الأمين العام، حصة تناسبية من منحة التعليم تُدفع لموظف المشاريع عندما لا تغطي مدة خدمته أو فترة انتظام ولده في الدراسة كامل السنة الدراسية ولا يُشترط تحديد حصة تناسبية إذا توفي موظف المشاريع وهو في الخدمة بعد بدء السنة الدراسية.

(f) The amount of the grant to be paid when the project personnel=s period of service or the child=s school attendance does not cover the full school year shall be prorated under conditions defined by the Secretary-General. No prorating shall be required when project personnel die while in service after the beginning of the school year.
(و) تُحــدد، وفقا لشروط يقررها الأمين العام، حصة تناسبية من منحة التعليم تُدفع لموظف المشاريع عندما لا تغطي مدة خدمته أو فترة انتظام ولده في الدراسة كامل السنة الدراسية ولا يُشترط تحديد حصة تناسبية إذا توفي موظف المشاريع وهو في الخدمة بعد بدء السنة الدراسية.
