21. The report of the Secretary-General on progress in the implementation of the global field support strategy (A/65/643) mapped out the vision and plan for transforming the delivery of services to field missions and the steps taken to that end.

The Regional Aviation Safety Office will report directly to the Office of the Director of UNLB.
