4. According to financial regulations 4.2 (b) and (c), the unencumbered balance of the appropriations shall be credited to Member States in proportion to their assessed contributions (i.e. in accordance with the scale of assessments).

3. Decides further that the contributions of Slovakia for the financing of peacekeeping operations in respect of assessments issued during the period from 1 January 1997 to 31 March 1998 shall be credited to Member States in proportion to their effective rates of assessment for the financing of peacekeeping operations during the period, subject to the following:
٣ - تقرر كذلك أن تقيﱠد اشتراكات سلوفاكيا في تمويل عمليات حفظ السلام، فيما يتعلق باﻷنصبة المقررة الصادرة خلال الفترة من ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٧ إلى ٣١ آذار/ مارس ١٩٩٨، لحساب الدول اﻷعضاء بنسبة معدلات أنصبتها المقررة الفعلية لتمويل عمليات حفظ السلام خلال هذه الفترة، وذلك رهنا بما يلي:

11. Decides that the remaining unencumbered balance of 16,193,000 dollars gross (15,529,300 dollars net) for the period from 1 August 1995 to 29 February 1996 shall be credited to Member States;

Decides also that the contributions of the Czech Republic for the financing of peacekeeping operations for the period from 1 January 1994 to 31 December 1996 shall be credited to Member States in proportion to their effective rates of assessment for the financing of peacekeeping operations during the period, subject to the following:

In particular, financial regulations 4.2 (b) and (c) stipulate that the unencumbered balances of appropriations shall be credited to Member States in proportion to their assessed contributions (i.e. in accordance with the respective scale of assessments). Only those Member States that have fully paid their assessed contributions for the biennium to which the credits relate are eligible to receive the credits.
وعلى وجه التحديد، ينص البند 4-2 من النظام المالي في الفقرتين (ب) و(ج) على أن تُقيَّد أرصدة الاعتمادات الخالصة من الأعباء في الحساب الدائن للدول الأعضاء بنسبة اشتراكاتها المقررة (أي وفقا للجدول النسبي للاشتراكات)، علما بأن الدول الأعضاء التي دفعت اشتراكاتها بالكامل لفترة السنتين التي يقترن بها التقييد في الحساب الدائن، هي وحدها التي يحق لها التقييد لحسابها.

These regulations stipulate that the unencumbered balances of collected appropriations shall be credited to Member States in proportion to their assessed contributions (i.e. in accordance with the respective scale of assessments). Only those Member States that have fully paid their assessed contributions for the biennium to which the credits relate are eligible to receive the credits.
وتقضي هذه البنود بأن يُقيَّد رصيد الاعتمادات غير المستعمَل في الحساب الدائن للدول الأعضاء بنسبة اشتراكاتها المقرَّرة (أي وفقا للجدول النسبي للاشتراكات)، علماً بأنَّ الدول الأعضاء التي تكون قد دفعت اشتراكاتها بالكامل لفترة السنتين التي يقترن بها التقييد في الحساب الدائن، هي وحدها التي يحق لها التقييد لحسابها.
