1. This treaty shall not enter into force until 60 instruments of ratification, including those of the 10 countries considered to be the world's largest arms exporters, have been deposited.
1 - لا يبدأ سريان هذه المعاهدة إلا بعد إيداع 60 صك تصديق عليها منها صكوكٌ لعشرة بلدان تُعتبر من أكبر مصدِّري الأسلحة.

In the event that the deposit of the twentieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession occurs prior to the entry into force of the Convention, this Protocol shall not enter into force until the entry into force of the Convention.
وفي حال ايداع الصك العشرين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الاقرار أو الانضمام قبل بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية ، لا يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول إلا بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية .

(1) The procuring entity shall not enter into a procurement contract or framework agreement in the procurement proceedings concerned:

5 - إذا ارتبط أي مرفق إضافي أو أي تعديل لمرفق بتعديل لهذه الاتفاقية، فلا يبدأ نفاذ ذلك المرفق الإضافي أو التعديل إلاّ وقتما يبدأ نفاذ التعديل المتعلق بهذه الاتفاقية.

5. If an additional annex or an amendment to an annex is related to an amendment to this Convention, the additional annex or amendment shall not enter into force until such time as the amendment to the Convention enters into force.
5 - إذا كان هناك مرفق إضافي أو تعديل على مرفق مرتبط بتعديل لهذه الاتفاقية، لا يدخل المرفق الإضافي أو التعديل حيز النفاذ إلا بعد دخول تعديل الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ.

1- يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ ايداع الصك الأربعين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الاقرار أو الانضمام، على ألا يبدأ نفاذه قبل بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية.

The amendments shall not enter into force until they have been ratified by consultation of the people in accordance with article 173 of this Constitution.
ولا يبدأ نفاذ التعديلات إلا بعد التصديق عليها باستشارة الشعب وفقاً للمادة ٣٧١ من هذا الدستور.
