1. (a) In application of the staff assessment plan under staff regulation 3.3:
)أ( لدى تطبيق نظام الاقتطاع اﻹلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين المنصوص عليه في البند ٣/٣ من النظام اﻷساسي، يجرى مايلي:

1. The Registrar shall establish the salaries of officials in the Director category and above, in accordance with amounts determined by the General Assembly of the United Nations, subject to the staff assessment plan provided in regulation 3.3 and to post adjustments wherever applied.
١ - يحدد المسجل مرتبات الموظفين في فئة المدير وما فوقها حسب المبالغ التي تقررها الجمعية العامة لﻷمم المتحدة على أن يسري على هذه المرتبات نظام الاقتطاع اﻹلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين المنصوص عليه في البند ٣/٣ من النظام اﻷساسي للموظفين، كما تسري عليها تسويات مقر العمل حيثما تكون منطبقة.
