المــادة ٢٩-١: يجوز ﻷية دولة طرف في هذه الاتفاقيــة أن تقترح إدخال تعديل عليها وأن تقدمه إلى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.

Any State Party to this Convention may propose amendments to this Convention. Amendments shall enter into force for each State Party to the Convention accepting the amendments upon their acceptance by a majority of the States Parties to the Convention and thereafter for each remaining State Party to the Convention on the date of acceptance by it.
لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية أن تقترح إدخال تعديلات عليها وتصبح التعديلات نافذة، بالنسبة إلى كل دولة تقبلها من الدول الأطراف، متى نالت قبول أغلبية الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية، وبعد ذلك تصبح نافذة، بالنسبة إلى كل دولة باقية من الدول الأطراف، ابتداء من تاريخ قبول هذه الدولة لها.

Any State Party to this Convention may give notice of its withdrawal from the Convention one year after its entry into force by written notification to the Depositary Governments. Such withdrawal shall take effect one year from the date of receipt of this notification.
لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية، بعد سنة من نفاذها، إعلان نيتها الانسحاب منها بإشعار كتابي ترسله إلى الحكومات الوديعة ويصبح الانسحاب نافذا بعد سنة من ورود هذا الإشعار.

1. A State Party to this Statute may:

" 2. This Convention shall not apply to distinctions, exclusions, restrictions or preferences made by a State Party to this Convention between citizens and non-citizens.
" 2 - لا تسري هذه الاتفاقية على أي تمييز أو استثناء أو تقييد أو تفضيل بين المواطنين وغير المواطنين من جانب أية دولة طرف فيها.

It is particularly inexcusable for the State to have done so after the Committee acted under rule 92 of its Rules of Procedure, and in spite of several reminders addressed to the State Party to this effect.
وليس هناك أي عذر يمكن أن يلتمس للدولة على قيامها بذلك بعد أن تصرفت اللجنة بموجب المادة 92 من نظامها الداخلي وعلى الرغم من رسائل التذكير المتعددة التي أرسلتها إلى الدولة الطرف في هذا الصدد.

A note verbale was sent to the State Party to this effect on 7 February 2012, but no reply was received.
وأرسلت مذكرة شفوية إلى الدولة الطرف لهذا الغرض في 7 شباط/فبراير 2012، ولكن اللجنة لم تتلق أي رد منها.

4. Any claim, pursuant to the provisions of this Convention, for compensation in respect of damage caused to an organization which has made a declaration in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article shall be presented by a State member of the organization which is a State Party to this Convention.
4- يجرى تقديم كل مطالبة بالتعويض، بناء على أحكام هذه الاتفاقية، عن أضرار تكبدتها منظمة أصدرت إعلانا وفقا للفقرة 1 من هذه المادة بواسطة دولة تكون عضوا في المنظمة وطرفا في هذه الاتفاقية.

Any State Party to this Agreement may give notice of its withdrawal from the Agreement one year after its entry into force by written notification to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
لأي دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذا الاتفاق أن تخطر بانسحابها من هذا الاتفاق بعد مرور سنة على بدء نفاذه وذلك بإرسال إخطار كتابي إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

The replies of the State Party to this list of issues will constitute its second periodic report under article 19 of the Convention.
وستشكِّل ردود الدولة الطرف على هذه القائمة تقريرها الدوري الثاني بموجب المادة 19 من الاتفاقية.
