In the first place, the Committee has missed an opportunity to reinforce its views in the earlier communication of Naidenova et al. v Bulgaria, No 2073/2011, where it concluded " that the State party would violate the authors' rights under article 17 of the Covenant if it enforced the eviction order of 24 July 2006 so long as satisfactory replacement housing is not immediately available to them " .
