3- تحال أية إيضاحات أو بيانات تقدمها دولة طرف عملاً بهذه المادة، عن طريق الأمين العام، إلى مقدم الشكوى الذي يجوز لـه أن يقدم أية معلومات أو ملاحظات خطية إضافية في غضون المهلة التي تحددها اللجنة.
