Insert the following as a new paragraph (b) bis: " The United Nations is encouraged to cooperate with States exercising jurisdiction in order to provide them with additional information and materials for purposes of criminal proceedings initiated by States " .
ويدرج التالي كفقرة جديدة تحت رقم (ب) مكرر: " تُشجع الأمم المتحدة على التعاون مع الدول صاحبة الولاية القضائية لتزويدها بالمعلومات والمواد الإضافية التي تخدم أغراض الدعاوى الجنائية التي تقيمها الدول " .

Some delegations were of the view that the rule of reciprocity should apply to the relation between the Court and States, to the effect that the Court should be under an obligation to comply with requests by States exercising jurisdiction in conformity with the notion of complementarity.
٣٤٧ - ذهبت بعض الوفود إلى القول بضرورة سريان قاعدة المعاملة بالمثل على العلاقة بين المحكمة والدول، من حيث ضرورة التزام المحكمة بتلبية طلبات الدول الممارسة لاختصاصها وفقا لفكرة التكامل.
